Chronic Illness Support Group

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with chronic illness for years, you are not alone, and you deserve support! We meet every Monday from 4pm-5pm via zoom. During the 1st and 3rd Mondays, people living with chronic illness are our main focus. During the 2nd Monday, we focus on caregivers and loved ones. On the 4th Monday of the month anyone is welcome to join. Our goal is to provide a safe space for you to discuss whatever you may be struggling with around chronic illness and to provide education, symptom management skills, and general support. Cost is $30/session and insurance may be used. Email or text us for more information or to join group!
