Intake session: $175
Individual session: $150
 
Copays and co-insurances will depend on your insurance and the benefits you have with them. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to see what your insurance will cover.

Sliding Scale fees for Samantha Fe, MA, Registered Associate are $80-$100 based on income, although we can bill certain insurance companies for appointments with Samantha.

In accordance with the No Surprise Act, all fees are "Good Faith Estimates" of what you will pay per session. Based on insurance and income for self-pay clients, individual fees will vary. For more information on the No Surprise Act, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprise

*We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).  If a check is returned, then a $25 fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.
 
**We uphold a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you. Unless there is an unexpected illness or major family emergency, a $50 fee will apply. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance will not cover this charge. If a 24 hour notice is received, then there will be no charge.
