My Masked Expressions Summer Camp

Cost: $115
We all put on different masks when we’re anxious, sad, afraid, or even excited. This camp invites teens to look beneath those masks—learning to name their emotions, understand their reactions, and support themselves and others. Through hands‑on art projects, playful activities, and interactive discussions, we will explore depression, anxiety, and self‑esteem in a fun, engaging space.

Are you looking for a unique way for you or a child to work through some tough issues? Through art and sandtray therapy, you will have a chance to be creative and express your thoughts in a different way. If you are not interested in art or sandtray, we provide traditional talk therapy as well.
We currently offer HIPAA compliant video counseling and have immediate availability.
Our goal is to work with you to strengthen your physical and mental well-being, improve coping skills and build stronger relationships. We work with clients from all walks of life and do not discriminate on age, gender identity, religious beliefs, ethnicity, culture, or sexual orientation.
